EF-077 is a specially formulated epoxy adhesive film which cures and high expands at elevated temperature. It has excellent storage stability and produces superior bonds on composite materials to construct sandwich structure with light weight and high strength. EF-077could be co-cored with Prepreg or be pre-formed as core material, that depending on application and design. The Sandwich composite will not expand again at succeeding processes as compared to PU foam.
